How do I send you my raw materials?
After completing an order, we will send you an email to the address provided that will give all the information you need to start shipping us your raw materials. If you need us to resend the email or have any questions, feel free to contact our customer support.
How do I remove my raw materials from storage?
Once logged in, on your raw materials page you will find a list of your available units on hand. To remove them, add the materials you'd like to remove to your cart (the quantity does not matter as any removal request will remove all units of the chosen material) and in the address field during checkout enter the address you would like them sent to. If you would like us to dispose of the materials, check the box marked "Yes" on the product page and during checkout in the address field enter the following:

Do I have to pay to store my materials?
The cost to store your materials is included in your subscription fee. If you need more storage space we offer higher level subscription plans with more reserved space as well as a host of other included upgrades!
Are my materials insured when being stored?
Yes, your materials are covered when being stored in our warehouses. High value items are taken on a case by case basis.
Can I store anything?
While you can store mostly anything you would like, there is a short list of materials that are prohibited for various reasons. This includes:
- controlled substances
- firearms and ammo
- hazardous chemicals
- pharmaceuticals
- most food products (since we are not a climate controlled facility)
We also reserve the right to refuse materials we are not equipped or prepared to store.
