Once you subscribe to NowFactory, you can start sending us raw materials for your kits immediately. We will use these to engineer a bill of materials for you, or if you already have one completed we will use these materials to finish your final product as detailed in the BOM.

How to send us your raw materials

In order to properly engineer a bill of materials or produce a final product, we will need the materials the product requires. We define raw materials as the individual components that combine to create a finished product. Unless you are providing your own packing materials, this does not include boxes or protective packaging. To increase your raw material stock with us, all you have to do is ship it to us, and put your customer number and name in the ATTN line on the shipping label so we know they belong to you:

Once your materials are received, we take it from there and create product codes, connect the stock to your profile for management, and take pictures for reference and ease of labelling. We then store your materials in our warehouse for future use, or if there is an engineering order pending we divert it directly and immediately begin work on the order.

How to monitor your stock of raw materials

Whether you would like to manage your raw material stock or just monitor and check if a restock is required, we link the storage data from our warehouse directly to your profile. Under the "Getting Started" tab, if you are logged in you will see  My Raw Materials. This is where your raw material data is kept and where you can check your stock levels. This is also where you can remove your materials should you ever need to.

How to remove the raw materials you have in stock

On your raw material page once everything has been received you will see you list of materials with an option to buy them.

Here you can check quantity as well as remove materials. In order to remove material from our storage all you have to do is add the item you wish to remove to your cart, and during the checkout in the address field write the address you would like us to send your items to. If you would like us to dispose of your materials, just click "Yes" where it asks about us disposing of the materials, and in the address field write our address.

Keep in mind that you can only remove the entire stock of a raw material at a time. The quantity you choose when adding it to your cart has no bearing on this and no matter what number you choose the entire stock will be removed.

What materials we don't store

There is a short list of items we either aren't equipped to store, or for various other reasons we are unable to store. Some of these items are:

• controlled substances
• pharmaceuticals
• firearms and ammo
• hazardous chemicals

We are also not a climate controlled facility and as a result aren't able to accept most food for storage. For high value items we take them on a case by case basis whether or not we are able to store them.
